Why AutoRx

Already trained. Ready now.

Some providers ask Canadian pharmacies to wait weeks while they configure and train their system. AutoRx is already trained on Canadian prescription patterns and goes live in 1–2 weeks — with no waitlist.

  • No setup fee
  • Live in 1–2 weeks
  • PHIPA compliant
  • Canadian data residency

Kroll-native, not multi-PMS generic

Some automation platforms are built to work across many different pharmacy management systems. That flexibility comes at a cost: they are not optimised for any single PMS, which means the Kroll-specific read path — drug catalog, mix catalog for compounding, DIN matching against your formulary — is handled generically rather than purpose-built.

AutoRx is built exclusively for Kroll. We read patient context, drug history, your drug catalog, and your mix catalog before every write. That is why our DIN selection is accurate and our error rate is under 0.1%.

Live in 1–2 weeks, not months

Some providers have extended onboarding timelines and maintain waitlists for new customers. AutoRx has no waitlist. Most pharmacies go live within 1–2 weeks: a workflow walkthrough, configuration against your specific Kroll setup, QA with real prescriptions, and a supervised go-live. Our team stays involved — it is not a handoff.

Canada-first compliance

AutoRx is designed from the ground up for Canadian pharmacy law. All patient data is stored exclusively in Canadian data centres, protected with AES-256 encryption, and never shared with third-party processors outside Canada. PHIPA and PIPEDA are built-in requirements, not after-the-fact certifications.

Providers based outside Canada may have different default data residency and compliance postures. For regulated health information, ask specifically where data is stored at rest and in transit before you sign.

What to compare

  • Time to live

How long from signing to the first real prescription processed?

  • Waitlist

Is there a queue before onboarding begins?

  • Kroll depth

Does the platform read your drug catalog and mix catalog, or does it guess from fax text alone?

  • Data residency

Are patient records stored in Canada?
