AutoRx is built exclusively for Kroll. We read patient context, drug history, your drug catalog, and your mix catalog before every write. That is why our DIN selection is accurate and our error rate is under 0.1%.

Some providers have extended onboarding timelines and maintain waitlists for new customers. AutoRx has no waitlist. Most pharmacies go live within 1–2 weeks: a workflow walkthrough, configuration against your specific Kroll setup, QA with real prescriptions, and a supervised go-live. Our team stays involved — it is not a handoff.

AutoRx is designed from the ground up for Canadian pharmacy law. All patient data is stored exclusively in Canadian data centres, protected with AES-256 encryption, and never shared with third-party processors outside Canada. PHIPA and PIPEDA are built-in requirements, not after-the-fact certifications.

Providers based outside Canada may have different default data residency and compliance postures. For regulated health information, ask specifically where data is stored at rest and in transit before you sign.
